The house has two 8m² mezzanine bedrooms, both of which share the same bathroom. There is a large 50m² living-dining room, air-conditioned with 20,000Btus air conditioning, equipped with a mosquito screen, projection screen, 55-inch cable TV with Wi-Fi, 3m-high sliding doors, leaving the bedrooms and living room with sea views, surround sound and LED lighting. The sofa has a chase and seats 5 people comfortably. It is also possible to convert the sofa into a double bed if this is convenient. The dining table can seat 6 people, and there is also a sideboard for meals. Payment by credit card, PagSeguro and Paypal, the fees will be passed on to the tenant, at least 35 days before the check-in date.
