From the house you can see the sea, the sun and the moon rising, as well as feel the pleasant wind refreshing all the rooms. The house is great for those who want peace and comfort. It has 06 bedrooms, a large living room, garden, swimming pool and full kitchen. Near the house, you'll find restaurants, bars and several stores just outside the condominium.

IMPORTANT NOTES:It is possible to hire the services of a maid and caretaker, as well as a speedboat for excursions. This will be charged separately from the booking price. OBSERVAÇÕES IMPORTANTES:.
Será cobrado o consumo da energia elétrica nas locações por temporada.
É cobrado um depósito de segurança (caução), e devolvido em até 02 dias úteis após o check-out.
Horário do Check-in: 14h até́ 18h – após o horário, há uma taxa de conveniência.
Horário do Check-out: 08h até́ 12h - Um funcionário da LUXOBRASIL.com.br ou um representante irá encontrar o cliente no imóvel, no horário agendado previamente, de forma a examinar o imóvel e receber as chaves. Para check-outs antes das 08 horas deverá ser pago uma taxa de conveniência e após às 18:00 horas deverá ser pago um valor excedente a diária e uma taxa de conveniência.
Pagamento por cartão de crédito, PagSeguro e Paypal, as taxas serão repassadas para o locatário, com mínimo de 35 dias antes da data do check-in.

REGRAS DO IMÓVEL:
PROIBIDO festas/comemorações/eventos e animais de estimação na propriedade.
A casa limita-se a 04 (quatro) pessoas, incluindo crianças.
Convidados somente serão permitidos mediante autorização prévia.
O hóspede titular da reserva assume a responsabilidade pelas ações de outras pessoas dentro do imóvel durante sua estadia, sendo responsável pelos bens danificados e danos a propriedade ocorridos durante a estadia no imóvel, seja causado por ele mesmo ou seus convidados e acompanhantes, como multas que possam ocorrer devido à violação das regras do imóvel, lei onde rege o imóvel ou regulamento interno do condomínio.
