Loft da Canoa is a building located in the Tijuca National Park Forest Reserve, 10 minutes from the São Conrado subway station. Its exuberant view of São Conrado beach, Pedra da Gávea and Pico da Agulhinha (free flight ramp) makes it a magical and unique place. It's possible to watch the jumps from the free flight ramp that take place just above the residence. Totally integrated with nature, it is possible to interact with various native animals, such as marmosets, tamarins and birds.
The house has two 8m² mezzanine bedrooms, both of which share the same bathroom. There is a large 50m² living-dining room, air-conditioned with 20,000Btus air conditioning, equipped with a mosquito screen, projection screen, 55-inch cable TV with Wi-Fi, 3m-high sliding doors, leaving the bedrooms and living room with sea views, surround sound and LED lighting. The sofa has a chase and seats 5 people comfortably. It is also possible to convert the sofa into a double bed if this is convenient. The dining table can seat 6 people, and there is also a sideboard for meals. The kitchen is equipped with a microwave oven, blender, espresso coffee maker, conventional coffee maker, 32-liter electric oven, 405-liter stainless steel Frost Free refrigerator and Gourmet faucet. The cupboards are supported by a table for small meals with a hanging stool. For check-outs before 8 a.m., a convenience fee must be paid and after 6 p.m., an excess of the daily rate and a convenience fee must be paid.
Payment by credit card, PagSeguro and Paypal, the fees will be passed on to the tenant, at least 35 days before the check-in date.

The house is limited to 06 (six) people, including children.
Guests will only be allowed with prior authorization.
