IMPORTANT NOTES:

A cleaning fee of R$ 420.00 is charged and above 14 guests it is mandatory to hire the caretaker.
The property provides service of cook / chef, barbecue, barman, pizzaiolo, shopping personalized, surf lessons, transfer, drivers accredited to move around the city, boat rental, buggy rental, among others.
