*** CHECK-IN / CHECK-OUT TIMES ***
Check-in time: from 2:00 PM.
A LUXOBRASIL representative will meet the guest at the property. The guest must inform their estimated time of arrival and provide a contact number for any unforeseen circumstances.
Check-out time: until 12:00 PM.
A LUXOBRASIL representative will meet the guest at the property at the previously scheduled time to inspect the property and collect the keys. After the check-out time, an extra daily rate may be charged and deducted from the security deposit.

*** RESERVATION AND PAYMENT ***
To confirm the reservation, the Seasonal Rental Agreement must be signed and a 50% deposit of the total rental amount must be paid.
The remaining 50% must be paid according to the contract, along with the final balance and the security deposit.
The security deposit is refunded within 2 business days after the check-out date.
Payment methods: Bank transfer, cash, PIX, PayPal, Wise, and credit card (at least 2 business days before check-in). Fees are charged to the guest.

*** PROPERTY USE CONDITIONS ***
Guests are only allowed with prior authorization.
The main guest listed on the reservation is responsible for the actions of all other individuals within the property during the rental period, and will be liable for any damages or losses caused to the property, whether by themselves or their guests, including any fines incurred due to violation of laws or condominium regulations.
The guest acknowledges that the use of amenities such as pools, decks, and similar features may pose potential risks, especially to children, and is done at their own risk.
The guest and companions agree to use the property solely for residential purposes and with care, to avoid damage or loss, keeping the property clean and sanitary at all times.
All forms of prostitution, possession of firearms, and use of illegal drugs are strictly prohibited within the property.
The guest, their companions, and any authorized guests must refrain from loud noises and must not disturb, inconvenience, or cause nuisance to neighbors. They must also not use the property for immoral, offensive, or illegal purposes, nor violate any laws, rules, or regulations, nor misuse or abuse the property in any way, and must comply with all the rules stated herein.
The guest and their companions agree that all personal belongings, furniture, personal items, and any other objects brought onto the property are at the guest’s own risk with regard to theft, damage, destruction, or loss.
The guest and companions agree to indemnify and hold harmless the owner and its agents, successors, employees, and contractors against any costs, damages, claims, legal fees, or attorney’s fees incurred by them or the guests' visitors, representatives, or successors due to claims related to property damage, personal injury, or loss of life suffered by the guest, their family, or visitors on or around the property, expressly agreeing to protect the owner and intermediary in all such cases.
These rules are in accordance with Brazilian Law.
