LUXOBRASIL offers for seasonal rental this exclusive retreat located just 20 minutes from downtown Curitiba and 10 minutes from Ecoville. With breathtaking views of the lake and surrounded by the lush nature of the Passaúna Ecological Park, the property combines comfort, sophistication, and privacy in a truly unique experience.

The house features a spacious living room with a fireplace, a cozy TV room, and a game room equipped with a professional pool table and piano. The charming and spacious kitchen is integrated with the dining area and includes an industrial stove, dishwasher, oven, microwave, coffee maker, blender, sandwich maker, and premium cookware and dinnerware. The dining table seats up to 10 guests and is placed next to a beautiful glass cabinet with wine glasses.

The intimate area includes three air-conditioned suites with hot and cold air conditioning, soft and fragrant bedding, amenities, and additional beds for children. Two of the suites also offer an extra single bed. The bathrooms feature high-flow showers.

The outdoor area is a true invitation to relaxation, with a large deck facing the lake, heated swimming pool, fully equipped barbecue area, fire pit, hammock, loungers, beanbags, and umbrellas.

The property also features a complete SPA, with hot tub, sauna, massage table, and fitness area. Direct lake access is available, and two kayaks with life vests are provided for leisure. Ideal for families, intimate gatherings, photo shoots, and filming, the space can accommodate events of up to 40 people, upon request. Breakfast and massage sessions can be scheduled in advance, with fees available upon consultation.
