Situated on a dead-end street, the house is the last on the street, facing two tennis courts and a multi-sport court. The mansion has 3 floors with high ceilings, comprising 7 bedrooms (six suites, including two on the ground floor), all with air conditioning, TV, and comfortable (new) beds, an office, and 3 staff rooms with bathrooms.

NOTE: Electricity will be charged for rentals of 2 or more nights and for filming rentals.

MINIMUM STAYS:
2 nights for regular stays
5 nights during Carnival
7 nights during New Year’s Eve

IMPORTANT NOTES:
Hiring 1 cleaning staff is mandatory at R$300/day.
Electricity and water consumption will be charged for seasonal rentals.
A security deposit is required and will be refunded within 2 business days after check-out.
During the rental, the master suite closet and the wine cellar remain locked.
All prices and availability must be confirmed with the owner according to the client’s request.
A LUXOBRASIL representative will meet the client at the property at a previously scheduled time.
