Integrated social area with industrial kitchen (with cook support), gourmet area with barbecue, dining room and large living room with TV. The pool area features a steam and dry sauna, plus direct ocean views—perfect for sunsets.

2 • Game Room
Attached to the main house, it includes pool table, card table and sound system, with a 180° panoramic ocean view. A versatile leisure space designed for relaxation and entertainment in Angra.

3 • Upper Level (main bedrooms)
The private area offers two spacious bedrooms, including the Master Suite with bathroom, bathtub (not whirlpool) and wide windows overlooking forest and sea. The Junior Suite includes two double beds and private bathroom.

4 • Guest Bungalows
Two independent bungalows, each with one suite (double bed) and an additional bedroom (two single beds), both with bathroom and air conditioning. Excellent for hosting family and friends with extra privacy.

5 • Outdoor area and private dock

Main access options include:
• By plane: Daily flights operated by Abaeté. Morro de São Paulo Airport is approximately 2 minutes from the condominium.
• By car + speedboat: Park at Atracadouro Bom Jardim in Valença – BA. The crossing to Gamboa is done by speedboat (around 15 minutes). From Gamboa, a taxi ride of approximately 5 minutes leads to the property.
