To make the reservation, it is necessary to sign the Rental Contract for the Season and pay a deposit of 50% of the total value of the lease. The other 50% must be paid up to 48 hours before check-in, together with the cleaning fee and the security deposit (deposit) that varies according to each property. The security deposit is returned within 2 business days after checkout. We DO NOT ACCEPT CHEQUE BOND. Payments by Paypal or through International Transfers, fees will be passed on to the Tenant.
