Amazing mansion located in Joá, one of the most noble neighborhoods of Rio de Janeiro, between the South Zone and Barra da Tijuca. The mansion is distributed over 3 floors and has lots of natural light, leaving a fantastic illumination, coming from its large windows that cover almost the entire property. On the second floor is the fully equipped kitchen, living and dining room, and 3 bathrooms. On the second floor there are 6 suites, 3 with baths and 3 with private pools. On the third floor there is a spacious area with a barbecue grill and a swimming pool, and a wonderful view. Perfect to host the whole family!

All guests must provide ID and full name 24 hrs prior to check in for authorization at the condo gate to be released.

The house offers daily maid and housekeeper service.
A tropical breakfast menu or exclusive staff hire are available to guests and can be requested with prior reservation and charge separately.

There is also a loft that can be rented, increasing the layout of the property, and in total can accommodate 10 adults comfortably.
The property has administrators living on site in a secluded and independent environment.
The house was completely renovated in 2019, is in a condominium with 24-hour security and has Wi-Fi in every room of the house.

Beautiful and modern mansion located in the famous Joá neighborhood. Known as the "Beverly Hills" of Rio de Janeiro, the neighborhood is home to the biggest movie stars and carioca high class, besides having an unparalleled view and an exclusive beach (Joatinga Beach). The property has 06 wonderful suites, all with ocean views, Queen size bed, and Wi-Fi internet. There are two kitchens, a gourmet kitchen integrated to the living room and overlooking the pool, and an internal kitchen, one next to the other. The house is divided into floors, four floors in total. At the entrance of the house we have the garage, garden and loft. On the second floor we have 03 suites with sea view and a hall, where is the master suite that has a unique view, Queen-size bed, intimate living room with a table with 2 seats, refrigerator, bathroom and closet. On the second floor there are 3 suites with sea view. On the 3rd floor, living room, gourmet area with kitchen and swimming pool with infinity edge. Beautiful living room with clean and tasteful furniture, dining room, toilet and kitchen. Going down to the 4th floor, service area with laundry.
