A minimum group of 10 paying guests is required to close the entire residence to the group.
From a group of 10 people onwards, the entire residence will be closed to the group for 185.00 per person, without meals + 1,000.00 cleaning fee.
For New Year's Eve, a minimum of 25 people and 5 nights' rental is required, with a daily rate of 245.00.
Electricity and water consumption will be charged for seasonal rentals.
A security deposit will be charged and returned within 2 working days of check-out.
Check-in time: from 2pm - after hours there is a convenience fee.
Check-out time: until 12 noon - A LUXOBRASIL.com.br employee or representative will meet the client at the property, at the time previously scheduled, in order to examine the property and receive the keys. There is a convenience fee for check-out outside office hours.

Pets are allowed with prior notice.
The house is limited to 60 (sixty) people, including children.
Guests will only be allowed with prior authorization.
The guest holding the reservation assumes responsibility for the actions of other people inside the property during their stay, and is liable for damaged goods and damage to property occurring during their stay in the property, whether caused by themselves or their guests and companions, as well as fines that may occur due to violation of the law or internal regulations of the condominium.
