The site is located on the north coast of Alagoas, Praia de Ipioca, 25 km north of Maceió, with 120 m of seafront. Main house, guest house and boat/leisure house. The property comprises a main house and a smaller second house.

The Main House has a kitchen, a living room, a balcony with a pool table and two bedrooms, one of which is a large suite with a double bed and a smaller bedroom with an external bathroom. The other house has three suites, two of them with a double bed and one with two queen beds and a single bed.

There is a structure on the edge of the beach where guests spend the day. It has two bathrooms, a kitchen and a dining table, overlooking the sea. Right next to it, there is a beach tennis court and a hammock.

The property has 04 bicycles for guests, as well as Wi-Fi and Apple TV.

The main floor has a large living room integrated into different environments, with a dining room, reading area and living room. Towards the exit, there is a deck with a beautiful swimming pool, sun loungers and a table for al fresco dining.

On the upper floor you'll find the house's four main suites, two of which have beautiful sea views and two face the garden. The master suite has a Jacuzzi, an anteroom with a desk and wonderful views of the sea and Joatinga Beach.

On the lower floor you'll find the entrance hall, a large gym with exercise equipment and the fifth suite overlooking the front garden.

There are six spacious suites with capacity to comfortably accommodate up to 18 people. On the first floor of the house are the living room, integrated to the TV room, laundry, dining room, in addition to a large fully equipped kitchen for the preparation of meals.
