The house is fully furnished with very refined decoration, a living room with a 55-inch TV, a dining room, a fully equipped kitchen with a Nespresso machine, a wine cellar and a beer garden. The Main House has a kitchen, a living room, a balcony with a pool table and two bedrooms, one of which is a large suite with a double bed and a smaller bedroom with an external bathroom. The other house has three suites, two of them with a double bed and one with two queen beds and a single bed.

There is a structure on the edge of the beach where guests spend the day. It has two bathrooms, a kitchen and a dining table, overlooking the sea. Right next to it, there is a beach tennis court and a hammock.
