The house is spacious, with 540 meters of built area, a plot of 4,000 square meters, extremely quiet and with total privacy, in a bold and very modern architectural design, with excellent natural and artificial lighting. The property has 04 suites, all with air conditioning, built-in closets, blackout curtains, TVs, 01 bedroom with integrated home office with air conditioning.

All the furniture and mattresses are new. Outside there is a SPA (with a massage stretcher) and a gym (weight training equipment and treadmill), with air conditioning and a view of the green area of the house (total privacy).

The leisure area has a swimming pool (with several chairs, tables and parasols) overlooking Geribá Beach and Ferradurinha Beach, a barbecue area complete with two freezers, a table with a cooler, integrated into the kitchen which has an ice machine.

There is a garden that integrates the entire internal and external area of the house. The outdoor area also has a table for small meals overlooking the sea and the sunsets in the Geribá and Ferradurinha area. The house has a large TV/living room, a wine cellar, a toilet and a large dining room for 10 people, as well as a laundry area. All the rooms are very well decorated, with top quality furniture and utensils. The outside space has a vegetable garden, a grass area for volleyball and a futmesa court.

The property has a space with a wood-burning stove and a bonfire for lounging or meditating. The house offers total security and warmth.

The condominium has 08 houses, with this one located just a 05-minute walk from Geribá Beach and 08 minutes from Ferradurinha Beach. It also has 05 parking spaces. A house to enjoy and live unforgettable moments in the heart of Búzios.

There are plenty of restaurants, kiosks, nightclubs and shops in the area, and everything can be done on the move. If you want to go to Rua das Pedras, or even Porto da Barra, you can use your own car and the journey will take around 7 minutes (if you use UBER, the cost will be around 15 reais).
