The house is surrounded by cozy verandas, has a large covered lounge with air-conditioning and retractable doors that can also be used for home-office or small meetings. On this floor there are 2 toilets, a nespresso machine, a fridge, a beer cooler and a vintage cooler, in addition to the living furniture.
