The property can comfortably accommodate 1 to 8 adults and up to 2 children up to 10 years old.

1st floor - Garden with swimming pool, recently renovated, modernized with night lights, 400m2 of flat lawn overlooking the mountain (Pico dos Quatro), fruit trees, delicate landscaping and a charming Balinese gazebo. The house is surrounded by cozy verandas, has a large covered lounge with air-conditioning and retractable doors that can also be used for home-office or small meetings. There is a beautiful pergola made of Bamboo and Eucalyptus at the back of the house, decorated with lights and a beautiful mosaic panel. On this floor there are 2 toilets, a nespresso machine, a fridge, a beer cooler and a vintage cooler, in addition to the living furniture.
