IMPORTANT NOTES:
The property is rented with 02 employees, worth R $ 200.00 a day each, not included in the value of the reservation.
Will be charged cleaning fee R$ 300 + the consumption of electricity and water in the leases for season.
A security deposit (deposit) is charged and returned within 02 working days after check-out.
Check-in Hours: 2 pm until 6 pm - after hours there is a convenience fee.
Check-out Time: 8am to 12pm - A LUXOBRASIL.com.br employee or representative will meet the client at the property, at the previously scheduled time, in order to examine the property and receive the keys. For check-outs after 6:00 pm, a convenience fee plus the value of 01 daily rate must be paid.
Payment by credit card, PagSeguro and Paypal, fees will be passed on to the tenant, with a minimum of 35 days prior to the check-in date.
