The property can comfortably accommodate 1 to 8 adults and up to 2 children up to 10 years old.

1st floor - Garden with swimming pool, recently renovated, modernized with night lights, 400m2 of flat lawn overlooking the mountain (Pico dos Quatro), fruit trees, delicate landscaping and a charming Balinese gazebo. The house is surrounded by cozy verandas, has a large covered lounge with air-conditioning and retractable doors that can also be used for home-office or small meetings. There is a beautiful pergola made of Bamboo and Eucalyptus at the back of the house, decorated with lights and a beautiful mosaic panel. On this floor there are 2 toilets, a nespresso machine, a fridge, a beer cooler and a vintage cooler, in addition to the living furniture. The house provides yokes, towels, slippers, chairs and tents for the beach and pool at no extra charge.

2nd floor - Living room and dining room with air-conditioning, piano, games, books, movies, large veranda with automated awnings, fully equipped kitchen, complete set of dishes for 10 people (with wine glasses, champagne, etc.) 4 complete suites (with air-conditioning, fan, curtain), high quality bedding, towels, robes and hangers.

The cleaning fee includes the cleaning of the whole house before and after, and the preparation of the rooms with all linen and towels. The daily rate includes: free mineral water, nespresso capsules, and cleaning of the garden and pool every other day. Additional services: chef or cook, and maid daily.
