The house is located in one of the best condominiums in Búzios, with only a few houses, facing the sea and 24-hour security.

The property is rented with 02 employees, at a daily rate of R$ 200.00 each, not included in the booking price.
Electricity, water and gas consumption will be charged for seasonal rentals.
