Will be charged the consumption of electricity and water in season rentals.

The guest holding the reservation assumes responsibility for the actions of other people within the property during their stay, being responsible for damaged goods and property damage occurring during the stay at the property, whether caused by himself or his guests and companions, as fines that may occur due to violation of law or internal regulations of the condominium.

The house is located in a seafront condominium, with only 09 houses. It's a charming house on Geribá Beach in Búzios, close to the Fishbone bar. It has 04 bedrooms, 02 of which are suites, a fully-equipped kitchen, an American bathroom, a living-dining room and a toilet. The outdoor area has a barbecue and 03 sets of tables, one of which has an ombrelone. The condominium has a swimming pool, sauna, barbecue area and 24-hour security. Maximum of 8 people in the property and no pets allowed. Parking space for 02 cars.

Carnival minimum of 05 nights
New Year's Eve minimum of 07 nights - R$ 30,000.00 + Energy for the period
