The house features a spacious living room with a fireplace, a cozy TV room, and a game room equipped with a professional pool table and piano. The charming and spacious kitchen is integrated with the dining area and includes an industrial stove, dishwasher, oven, microwave, coffee maker, blender, sandwich maker, and premium cookware and dinnerware. The dining table seats up to 10 guests and is placed next to a beautiful glass cabinet with wine glasses.

The intimate area includes three air-conditioned suites with hot and cold air conditioning, soft and fragrant bedding, amenities, and additional beds for children. Two of the suites also offer an extra single bed. The bathrooms feature high-flow showers.

The outdoor area is a true invitation to relaxation, with a large deck facing the lake, heated swimming pool, fully equipped barbecue area, fire pit, hammock, loungers, beanbags, and umbrellas.

The property also features a complete SPA, with hot tub, sauna, massage table, and fitness area. Direct lake access is available, and two kayaks with life vests are provided for leisure. • By plane: Daily flights operated by Abaeté. Morro de São Paulo Airport is approximately 2 minutes from the condominium.
• By car + speedboat: Park at Atracadouro Bom Jardim in Valença – BA. The crossing to Gamboa is done by speedboat (around 15 minutes). From Gamboa, a taxi ride of approximately 5 minutes leads to the property.
