The house is limited to 12 (TWELVE) people, including children over 2 years old.
Close doors and windows every time you leave the house during the rental period;
No smoking inside the house;
Avoid using glasses and glass bottles around the pool to prevent accidents;
It is expressly forbidden to leave the house with objects or utensils;
The holiday rental house in Fortim and the swimming pool are the exclusive responsibility of the guests. It is forbidden for other people to use the space;
The guest holding the reservation assumes responsibility for the actions of other people inside the property during their stay, and is responsible for damaged goods and damage to property occurring during their stay at the property, whether caused by themselves or their guests and companions, such as fines that may occur due to violation of the rules of the property, the law governing the property or the internal regulations of the condominium.
