The house has 06 suites, all with air conditioning and TV, living room with sofa and Smart TV 55 ", large dining room, spacious and bright kitchen equipped with all the necessary utensils and a space with wine cellar with table 04 seats to enjoy a good wine, followed by a good conversation.

The external environment has a beautiful pool with infinity edge, umbrella and sun loungers, gourmet area with table for 08 seats, barbecue and wood-fired oven for pizza, equipped with all their respective utensils, bar and ice machine. The service area has a laundry room with washing machine, dryer, pantry, refrigerator, bedroom with bunk bed, air conditioning and bathroom.

IMPORTANT NOTES:

A cleaning fee of R$ 420.00 is charged and above 14 guests it is mandatory to hire the caretaker.
The property provides service of cook / chef, barbecue, barman, pizzaiolo, shopping personalized, surf lessons, transfer, drivers accredited to move around the city, boat rental, buggy rental, among others.
It is charged a fee of R$ 270.00 per night per extra guest, adding up to 25 guests in total.
A security deposit is charged and returned within 02 working days after check-out.
Check-in Hours: 2 pm until 6 pm - after hours there is a convenience fee.
Check-out Time: 8am until 12pm - A LUXOBRASIL.com.br employee or representative will meet the client at the property, at the time previously scheduled, in order to examine the property and receive the keys. For Check-outs after 6:00 pm, a convenience fee plus the value of 01 daily rate must be paid.
Payment by credit card, PagSeguro and Paypal, the fees will be passed on to the lessee, with a minimum of 35 days before the check-in date.
