The house has two 8m² mezzanine bedrooms, both of which share the same bathroom. For check-outs before 8 a.m., a convenience fee must be paid and after 6 p.m., an excess of the daily rate and a convenience fee must be paid.
Payment by credit card, PagSeguro and Paypal, the fees will be passed on to the tenant, at least 35 days before the check-in date.
