Located in the famous Joá neighborhood, a quiet neighborhood, surrounded by nature, in a condominium with 24 hour security, this house is perfect for relaxing with family or group of friends. It has ample outdoor space, surrounded by a beautiful garden, lawn, swimming pool, and a beautiful view of the Pedra da Gávea. From the house you can also walk to Joatinga beach.

The property can comfortably accommodate 1 to 8 adults and up to 2 children up to 10 years old.

1st floor - Garden with swimming pool, recently renovated, modernized with night lights, 400m2 of flat lawn overlooking the mountain (Pico dos Quatro), fruit trees, delicate landscaping and a charming Balinese gazebo. The house is surrounded by cozy verandas, has a large covered lounge with air-conditioning and retractable doors that can also be used for home-office or small meetings. There is a beautiful pergola made of Bamboo and Eucalyptus at the back of the house, decorated with lights and a beautiful mosaic panel. On this floor there are 2 toilets, a nespresso machine, a fridge, a beer cooler and a vintage cooler, in addition to the living furniture. The house provides yokes, towels, slippers, chairs and tents for the beach and pool at no extra charge.

2nd floor - Living room and dining room with air-conditioning, piano, games, books, movies, large veranda with automated awnings, fully equipped kitchen, complete set of dishes for 10 people (with wine glasses, champagne, etc.) 4 complete suites (with air-conditioning, fan, curtain), high quality bedding, towels, robes and hangers.

The cleaning fee includes the cleaning of the whole house before and after, and the preparation of the rooms with all linen and towels. The daily rate includes: free mineral water, nespresso capsules, and cleaning of the garden and pool every other day. Additional services: chef or cook, and maid daily.

All the spaces described, except the garage. Parking is possible in front of the House with total security.

The consumption of electricity and water will be charged in seasonal rentals.
A security deposit is charged and returned within 02 business days after check-out.

For Checkout outside the hours there is a convenience fee and an excess value to the daily rate.

The charming main house has 5 spacious bedrooms, including 2 suites, as well as a cozy living and dining room, living room with fireplace, toilet and fully equipped kitchen. The outside area is stunning, surrounded by lush greenery, and offers a professional tennis court, natural swimming pool, serene lake, wood-fired sauna and a large gourmet space with barbecue, wood-fired oven, pizza oven and even an ice machine. Fazenda das Pitangas provides high-quality water from its own springs, two of which supply a lake that serves the entire farm, and the third which supplies the main cistern. In addition, the roof of the corral is equipped with solar panels, demonstrating our commitment to sustainability.

With the pleasant sound of running water and birdsong, the atmosphere in the house is peaceful and relaxing.
