An employee of LUXOBRASIL.com.br or its representative will meet the client at the property, at the time previously scheduled for the check-out, in order to examine the property and receive the keys.
For check-out before or after business hours, a convenience fee of R$ 100.00 plus Uber must be paid.
Check-out after 12pm, there is an excess value to the daily rate.

*** RESERVATION AND PAYMENT ***
To make the reservation, it is necessary to sign the Rental Contract for the Season and payment of a deposit of 50% of the total value of the lease. The payment must be made through the bank details informed in the contract.
The other 50% must be paid up to 48 hours before check-in, together with the cleaning fee and the security deposit (deposit) that varies according to each property.
The security deposit is returned within 2 business days after check-out. WE DO NOT ACCEPT SECURITY CHECKS.
Payments by Paypal or exchange, fees will be passed on to the renter.

*** CONDITION OF USE OF THE PROPERTY***
Guests will only be allowed with prior authorization.
The guest who makes the reservation assumes responsibility for the actions of other people inside the property during their stay, being responsible for damaged goods and property damage occurring during the stay at the property, whether caused by himself or his guests and companions, such as fines that may occur due to violation of the rules of the property, law governing the property or internal regulations of the condominium.
The guest acknowledges that the use of amenities, such as swimming pools, decks and the like, can be potentially dangerous and involve potential risks if used improperly, especially in relation to children, and the use is at the risk of the reservation holder and their companions.
The booking holder and their companions must use the property for residential purposes only and in a careful manner to avoid damage or loss to the property, keeping the property in a clean and sanitary condition at all times.
All forms of prostitution and drug use are prohibited within the property.
The reservation holder, his/her companions and any other permitted guests shall refrain from loud noises and shall not annoy, disturb or cause nuisance or inconvenience to neighbors, nor shall they use the property for immoral, offensive or illegal purposes, nor violate any laws, rules or ordinances, nor commit waste or nuisance upon the property and shall obligatorily abide by the rules set forth herein.
The reservation holder and his/her companions agree that all personal property, furniture, personal effects, and other items brought to the property by guests and their permitted guests shall be at the guest's sole risk for any theft, damage, destruction, or loss.
The reservation holder and their guests agree to indemnify and hold harmless the owner and its agents, successors, employees and contractors, against any costs, damages, claims, legal and attorney's fees incurred by them, their visitors, representatives or successors of the guests due to claims related to destruction of property or injury to persons or loss of life suffered by the guest or their family and visitors on or about the property, expressly agreeing to preserve the owner and intermediary in all such cases.
