The island offers a total of 03 bungalows, with a total of 05 suites, as well as a living room, TV room, dining room, cinema room and full kitchen.

Outdoor area with crystal-clear private beach, heated swimming pool, jacuzzi, dry sauna, beer bar, large dining table, gourmet area with barbecue, card table, pavilion for boats and jet skis with capacity for up to 4 boats and helipad.

There are 05 suites divided as follows:
* Beach Bungalow: 02 individual suites with 100m²
* Forest Bungalow: 02 individual suites with 100m²
* Presidential Bungalow: 01 suite with 300m²

IMPORTANT OBSERVATIONS:
The island is rented with 03 employees (chef and waiter) for R$ 700.00 per day, not included in the booking price. There are also 05 employees included in the booking price, including 02 chambermaids and 03 gardeners.
Electricity consumption will be charged for seasonal rentals.
A security deposit is charged and returned within 2 working days of check-out.

The house has capacity for 10 (ten) people, with the possibility of putting an extra bed in each suite, making a total of 15 (fifteen) people, including children.
