Facing the sea and surrounded by nature, Casa dos Coqueiros offers complete accommodation for up to 16 guests, with spacious environments, privileged views, exclusive leisure amenities, and an included service staff.

The property is divided into 5 main areas:

1 • Main House
Integrated social area with an industrial kitchen (with cook support), gourmet area with barbecue, dining room, and a large living room with TV. The pool area includes a steam sauna and a dry sauna, as well as a direct view of the sea—perfect for late afternoons.

2 • Game Room
Annexed to the main house, it features a pool table, card table, and sound system, along with a 180° panoramic sea view. This space is designed for socializing and entertainment, ideal for relaxing days in Angra.

3 • Upper Floor (main bedrooms)
The intimate area has two spacious bedrooms, including the Master Suite with a private bathroom, bathtub (not a whirlpool), and large windows overlooking the forest and the sea. The Junior Suite has two double beds and its own bathroom.

4 • Guest Bungalows
Two independent bungalows, each with a suite (double bed) and an additional room (two single beds), both with bathroom and air conditioning. This is an excellent area for hosting friends and family with more privacy.

5 • Outdoor Area and Deck
Large lawn facing the sea, ideal for children and pets, plus a pier with a mooring buoy, perfect for those arriving by boat. Open space with cinematic views of the coastline and the waters of Angra.

Main access options include:
• By plane: Daily flights operated by Abaeté. Morro de São Paulo Airport is approximately 2 minutes from the condominium.
• By car + speedboat: Park at Atracadouro Bom Jardim in Valença – BA. The crossing to Gamboa is done by speedboat (around 15 minutes). From Gamboa, a taxi ride of approximately 5 minutes leads to the property.
