IMPORTANT NOTES:
There will be a charge of R$150.00 per day for each person;
Check-in time: 2pm until 6pm - after this time there is a convenience fee.
Checkout time: 8am until 12pm - A LUXOBRASIL.com.br employee or representative will meet the client at the property, at the time previously scheduled, in order to examine the property and receive the keys.
Checkouts outside these hours will incur a convenience fee and a daily surcharge.

PROPERTY RULES:
NO parties/commemorations/events and pets on the property.
The house is limited to 12 (TWELVE) people, including children over 2 years old.
Close doors and windows every time you leave the house during the rental period;
No smoking inside the house;
Avoid using glasses and glass bottles around the pool to prevent accidents;
It is expressly forbidden to leave the house with objects or utensils;
The holiday rental house in Fortim and the swimming pool are the exclusive responsibility of the guests. It is forbidden for other people to use the space;
The guest holding the reservation assumes responsibility for the actions of other people inside the property during their stay, and is responsible for damaged goods and damage to property occurring during their stay at the property, whether caused by themselves or their guests and companions, such as fines that may occur due to violation of the rules of the property, the law governing the property or the internal regulations of the condominium.

The property has 06 wonderful suites, all with ocean views, Queen size bed, and Wi-Fi internet. There are two kitchens, a gourmet kitchen integrated to the living room and overlooking the pool, and an internal kitchen, one next to the other. The house is divided into floors, four floors in total. At the entrance of the house we have the garage, garden and loft. On the second floor we have 03 suites with sea view and a hall, where is the master suite that has a unique view, Queen-size bed, intimate living room with a table with 2 seats, refrigerator, bathroom and closet. On the second floor there are 3 suites with sea view. On the 3rd floor, living room, gourmet area with kitchen and swimming pool with infinity edge. Beautiful living room with clean and tasteful furniture, dining room, toilet and kitchen. Going down to the 4th floor, service area with laundry.

The property is rented with 02 employees (maid and caretaker), not included in the value of the reservation. Chef is optional.
Will be charged the consumption of electricity in the leases for season.

PROHIBITED rental for group of friends, only for family.
FORBIDDEN parties/events/commemorations/after parties inside the property.
NOT allowed to receive visitors in the property. Access to the Villa only for guests with ID and CPF.
Pets are FORBIDDEN. The house has pets on site, which are separated from the guest area.
It is FORBIDDEN to smoke on the property.
It is FORBIDDEN to listen to music, only inside the house with a JBL speaker or cell phone, always at room volume.
