This is the only residence on the island, comprising the Main House, which has a living room, TV room, toilet, kitchen, barbecue and 02 Master Suites. In addition, there are 02 bungalows connected to the house, with a further 05 suites available to receive guests. All 07 suites have the same configuration and size, with 1 king bed and bathrooms clad in Carrara marble. The deck and the 3 mooring buoys allow boats of up to 80 feet to be moored. Access to the island is via the Portogalo Marina. The daily rate includes 1 cook, 1 maid, 1 housekeeper and 1 sailor. There is also a solar power station to supply the island and a generator for cloudy days.
