Ilha dos Macacos is a shelter located in the Ilha Grande archipelago. The villa, situated in the cove of Lagoa Azul, offers a serene sea in different shades of blue and has a spacious area equipped with sun loungers for sunbathing.
This is the only residence on the island, comprising the Main House, which has a living room, TV room, toilet, kitchen, barbecue and 02 Master Suites. In addition, there are 02 bungalows connected to the house, with a further 05 suites available to receive guests. All 07 suites have the same configuration and size, with 1 king bed and bathrooms clad in Carrara marble. The deck and the 3 mooring buoys allow boats of up to 80 feet to be moored. Access to the island is via the Portogalo Marina. The daily rate includes 1 cook, 1 maid, 1 housekeeper and 1 sailor. There is also a solar power station to supply the island and a generator for cloudy days.

IMPORTANT OBSERVATIONS:
Electricity consumption will be charged for seasonal rentals.
A security deposit is charged and returned within 2 working days of check-out.
Check-in time: 2 p.m. until 6 p.m. - after that time, there is a convenience fee.
Check-out time: 08:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. - A LUXOBRASIL.com.br employee or representative will meet the client at the property, at the time previously scheduled, in order to examine the property and receive the keys. For check-outs outside these hours, there is a convenience fee and an excess of the daily rate.

PROPERTY RULES:
NO parties/commemorations/events and pets on the property.
The house is limited to 14 (fourteen) people, including children.
Guests will only be allowed with prior authorization.
The guest holding the reservation assumes responsibility for the actions of other people inside the property during their stay, and is responsible for damaged goods and damage to property occurring during their stay in the property, whether caused by themselves or their guests and companions, as well as fines that may occur due to violation of the law or internal regulations of the condominium.
