The guest holding the reservation assumes responsibility for the actions of other persons inside the property during their stay, and is liable for damaged goods and damage to property occurring during their stay in the property, whether caused by themselves or their guests and companions, as well as fines that may occur due to violation of the law or internal regulations of the condominium.

The property is rented with 02 employees, at a daily rate of R$ 200.00 each, not included in the booking price.
Electricity, water and gas consumption will be charged for seasonal rentals.

Check-in time: 2pm until 6pm - after this time there is a convenience fee.

For check-outs before 8 a.m., a convenience fee must be paid and after 6 p.m., an excess of the daily rate and a convenience fee must be paid.

You MUST be informed when booking the party/event/confraternization if the pool will be used, and it is mandatory to hire a house employee to guard the pool area, in order to limit the number of people to 10 (ten) concurrently inside the pool, and must request that a person leave when this number is exceeded. ACCESS TO THE CONDOMINIUM by UBER, taxi or similar services only.
If there is a need to use a generator, only with the express authorization and consent of the LESSOR, and it must be located inside the property's garage.
