There are 05 suites divided as follows:
* Beach Bungalow: 02 individual suites with 100m²
* Forest Bungalow: 02 individual suites with 100m²
* Presidential Bungalow: 01 suite with 300m²
Accommodation minimum of 02 nights
New Year's Eve 2023/2024 minimum of 10 nights - Package R$ 400,000.00 + energy consumption for the period (UNAVAILABLE)
For the festive dates mentioned above:
* Chef: R$ 550.00 per day
* Waiter: R$350.00 per day

IMPORTANT OBSERVATIONS:
The island is rented with 03 employees (chef and waiter) for R$ 700.00 per day, not included in the booking price. There are also 05 employees included in the booking price, including 02 chambermaids and 03 gardeners.
Electricity consumption will be charged for seasonal rentals.
A security deposit is charged and returned within 2 working days of check-out.
Check-in time: from 2pm
Check-out time: up to 12 noon - A LUXOBRASIL.com.br employee or representative will meet the client at the property, at the time previously scheduled, in order to examine the property and receive the keys.
PROPERTY RULES:
Pets are allowed, with prior notice.
The house has capacity for 10 (ten) people, with the possibility of putting an extra bed in each suite, making a total of 15 (fifteen) people, including children.
Guests will only be allowed with prior authorization.
The guest who makes the reservation assumes responsibility for the actions of other people inside the property during their stay, and is liable for damaged goods and damage to property occurring during their stay in the property, whether caused by themselves or their guests and companions, as well as fines that may occur due to violation of the law or internal regulations of the condominium.
