The interior has generous proportions that flow effortlessly from the open space to the leisure area where the pool and sun loungers make up a perfect blend of colors between green and blue, which served as the inspiration for naming the house, harmonizing with shades of gray and the use of demolition wood inside.
The master suite has a dressing room and a magnificent terrace, ideal for enjoying the peaceful mornings the area offers. There are three suites on the second floor and a ground floor suite, designed for those who can't or don't want to climb stairs.

Big Summer House is one of our largest houses and is in a more than perfect location! It has 06 suites, 07 bathrooms and can accommodate 15 people in beds, as well as a wonderful outdoor area where you can enjoy a sunny day swimming with your family and friends.

With a functional entrance space, the house flows into a large open-concept area with an integrated dining room and TV room and a glass door with access to the leisure area, where there is a swimming pool and barbecue area
The black and white kitchen is separate and offers more privacy for those who prefer to cook more quietly. On the first floor there is also a suite with three single beds.
On the upper floor are the other five suites, all with box beds and split air conditioning.
And the beach? The beach is very close! Less than 200 meters from the house is the sea and you can enjoy a long walk on the soft white sands of Jurerê Internacional. A few meters from the house is also the exquisite Beach Club Cafe de La Musique.
To top it all off, just one block from the house you'll find Open Shopping, which offers a variety of restaurants, cafés, stores and a complete entertainment and leisure structure.
