The feeling of being able to experience this place is incredible. The entrance hall, living room and dining room are wonderfully spaced and well decorated. The bathroom is pure refinement. The glass doors allow light to penetrate the rooms, bringing a lot of energy and comfort.
On the second floor you'll find the magnificent master suite with dressing room and large bathroom.
There are 05 bedrooms, 04 of which are suites. All the rooms have been designed to offer well-being, good taste and harmony.

The pool table has been removed from the property. It is no longer offered to guests.

In the outdoor area, there is a beautiful L-shaped swimming pool, sun loungers, a lunch table with sea views, a barbecue, a wood-burning oven and a lawn with plants, trees and coconut palms where you can relax in the evening in a wonderful hammock.

The property is rented with 03 employees, for R$ 560.00 per day, not included in the booking price.
Electricity and water consumption will be charged for seasonal rentals.
