A memorable experience of comfort, tranquillity and elegance in the center of São Miguel do Gostoso. The simplified concept invites you to reconnect with the basics, a natural and contemporary atmosphere, with minimalist architecture. The CASA MANDACARU residence is strategically located just a 5-minute drive from the urban core, where you can enjoy the town's most outstanding restaurants.

Our home has been meticulously designed in every aspect to provide you, your family and friends with an exceedingly pleasant environment, with informal decor and fully equipped with cooking utensils, bed linen, table linen and bath linen.

It offers 3 suites with independent access, spacious and cozy, with private patios and properly equipped to guarantee every comfort.

All the suites contain:

- cooling system;
- in all 3 bathrooms, we have high-pressure showers with gas heating;
- matrimonial bed;
- 100% cotton sheets;
- 4 pillows on each bed;
- light-blocking curtains in all 3 bedrooms;
- bath and face towels, towels for exclusive use in the pool;
- hammock

The residence offers a wide range of amenities, including a private pool, yoga area and gym with a variety of equipment. There is also a patio with cacti and a central fireplace next to the pool.

The kitchen is fully equipped and includes an extensive worktop for preparing meals. We provide crystal glasses for use in the house and acrylic glasses for the pool.

Outside, you'll find hammocks, furniture, a portable Weber barbecue and sun loungers. There is also a shower in the garden and a campfire area for enjoying the stars or cooking.

We offer free Wi-Fi, private parking and extra services such as breakfast and cleaning (on certain occasions). We also offer chef services, babysitting and 24-hour security in the condominium.

The furnishings include Argentinian BKF chairs, pieces of folk art, Mexican silk hammocks, handmade furniture from Alagoas and ceramics from Rio Grande do Norte, among other special items.

If you would like someone to prepare breakfast and clean the house daily, we can arrange this for R$100.00 per day.
Check-in time: 2pm until 6pm - after this time, there is a convenience fee.
Checkout time: 08h until 12h - A LUXOBRASIL.com.br employee or representative will meet the client at the property, at the time previously scheduled, in order to examine the property and receive the keys.
Checkouts outside these hours will incur a convenience fee and a daily surcharge.
