FORBIDDEN parties/commemorations/events and pets on the property.
The house is limited to thirty (30) people, including children.
Guests will only be allowed by prior authorization.
The guest holding the reservation assumes responsibility for the actions of other people inside the property during their stay, being responsible for damaged goods and property damage occurring during the stay at the property, whether caused by themselves or their guests and companions, as fines that may occur due to violation of law or internal regulations of the condominium.
