The house is located in the Altos de Trancoso Condominium, on a plot of 5 thousand m², surrounded by a tropical garden with swimming pool, sun loungers, barbecue, wet sauna, shower, bar/kitchen outside with ice machine and sound box, toy room and games mezzanine with pool table and basement.

The house has a wonderful living room integrated with the dining room, a fully equipped kitchen and a TV room. It also has a generator and Wi-Fi.

There are 04 suites in the main house. Upstairs with 01 suite with king-size bed, TV and terrace. On the ground floor, there are 03 more suites, two with two widow beds in each and one with a king-size bed.

The bungalow is independent of the main house, with 02 suites with king-size bed and a common terrace. These bungalow suites have an indoor and outdoor heated shower. Perfect for a bath under the stars in a small private garden.

All suites and rooms have air conditioning, the suites are provided with Trousseau trousseau and mosquito nets.

The condominium is a 10-minute walk from the square or the beach, and has 24-hour security.

Night service: from 17:00 to 22:00 - value of R$ 600.00 for a minimum of 03 employees. From 22:00, this amount is charged per hour.
