On the 3rd floor, there is a wonderful outdoor area in the midst of nature, featuring a swimming pool, lounge chairs, sauna, gourmet area, bathroom, and shower. There is also a fire pit area—perfect for enjoying moments with family and friends!

Rental Options:

Full House (Indoor + Outdoor): R$10,000 (up to 30 people)

Outdoor Area Only: R$5,500 (up to 30 people)

Indoor Area Only: R$5,000 (up to 30 people)

Filming and Photo Shoots (up to 10 hours): R$5,000

New Year’s Eve Package (Indoor + Outdoor, 12 hours): R$18,750

The property may occasionally be available for short-term stays, upon request and availability.

The house features 3 bedrooms, all of them suites. The master suite includes a double bed, walk-in closet, and a whirlpool bath. The other suites have single beds. For Carnival rentals, one double bed can be arranged.

IMPORTANT NOTES:

Rentals for small events do not include overnight stays (Day Use only); bedrooms remain closed.

Access to the house is through stairs.

Parties/Events/Celebrations must end by 10 p.m.

Rental duration: 10 hours.

A security deposit is required and refunded within 2 business days after check-out.

For filming or photo sessions, use of a generator must be informed in advance.

Pets are not allowed on the property.

Will be charged the consumption of electricity in seasonal rentals and recordings.
A security deposit (deposit) is charged and returned within 02 working days after check-out.
Check-in Hours: 2 pm to 6 pm - after hours there is a convenience fee.
Check-out Time: 8am to 12pm - A LUXOBRASIL.com.br employee or representative will meet the client at the property, at the time previously scheduled, in order to examine the property and receive the keys. For check-outs before 8am a convenience fee must be paid and after 6pm an additional daily rate and convenience fee must be paid.
Payment by credit card, PagSeguro and Paypal, fees will be passed on to the tenant, with a minimum of 35 days prior to the check-in date.

The house is limited to 06 (six) people, including children.
Guests will only be allowed with prior authorization.
