IMPORTANT OBSERVATIONS:
For event rentals, it is compulsory to hire house staff for cleaning and security, which is not included in the booking price.
A security deposit is charged and returned within 2 working days of check-out.
All prices and availability must be confirmed with the owner according to the client’s request.

PROPERTY RULES:
NO pets on the property.
NO fireworks, indoor fireworks, silver rain, confetti, streamers or papel picado on the property premises.
Extra guests will only be allowed with prior authorization.
The guest who makes the reservation assumes responsibility for the actions of other people inside the property during their stay, and is responsible for damaged goods and damage to property occurring during their stay at the property, whether caused by themselves or their guests and companions, as well as fines that may occur due to violation of the rules of the property, the law governing the property or the internal regulations of the condominium.

Check-out time: until 12:00 pm - An employee of LUXOBRASIL.com.br or a representative will meet the customer at the property, at the time previously scheduled, in order to examine the property and receive the keys. For out of hours Check-outs there is a convenience fee and an excess amount of the daily rate.
