A charming seaside residence, this house offers a cozy atmosphere and a privileged location overlooking the ocean. Spread over three levels, the house has a functional and attractive layout.

The second floor is truly a seaside enclave, housing a sauna, barbecue, garage for a speedboat, living room with TV, DVD and sound system (which can serve as an additional bedroom option), as well as another duplex fridge. The deck, with its umbrella, chairs and sun loungers, offers a unique experience, allowing activities such as fishing and diving directly from the site.

The second level surprises with a large living room made up of four different areas, a guest toilet and a stunning balcony with a magnificent view of the sea. The full kitchen is equipped with all the essential utensils, including a duplex fridge, freezer, microwave, pantry and laundry area.

On the third floor are the bedrooms, all equipped with air conditioning to ensure maximum comfort.

Electricity and water consumption will be charged for seasonal rentals.
A security deposit is charged and returned within 2 working days of check-out.
Check-in time: from 2pm until 6pm - after this time, there is a convenience fee.
