To make the reservation, it is necessary to sign the Rental Contract for the Season and pay a deposit of 50% of the total value of the lease. The payment must be made through the bank details informed in the contract. Rentals for events, celebrations and parties, the house is limited to 70 people if rented a part of the house or 140 if rented the entire property, the amount includes guests, children and staff, and can not be exceeded the limit.
