With 70 hectares of privacy, the property offers a unique experience, just 2 hours from Rio de Janeiro, allowing a peaceful retreat from the hustle and bustle of the city.

The charming main house has 5 spacious bedrooms, including 2 suites, as well as a cozy living and dining room, living room with fireplace, toilet and fully equipped kitchen. The outside area is stunning, surrounded by lush greenery, and offers a professional tennis court, natural swimming pool, serene lake, wood-fired sauna and a large gourmet space with barbecue, wood-fired oven, pizza oven and even an ice machine. Enjoy the purity of the mountain air while you enjoy these amenities.

Fazenda das Pitangas provides high-quality water from its own springs, two of which supply a lake that serves the entire farm, and the third which supplies the main cistern. In addition, the roof of the corral is equipped with solar panels, demonstrating our commitment to sustainability.

With the pleasant sound of running water and birdsong, the atmosphere in the house is peaceful and relaxing. As well as enjoying the natural beauty and comfort of the property, guests can enjoy a variety of experiences, such as horseback riding, visiting the chicken coop and witnessing the production of fresh food grown on the farm. We also offer the opportunity to plant native tree seedlings in partnership with Ibama, explore the property using the machinery, tractor and corral, and enjoy the beautiful bougainville trees that add color to the environment.

IMPORTANT OBSERVATIONS:
The property is rented with 01 employee (cook), for R$ 200.00 per day, not included in the reservation.
A security deposit is charged and returned within 2 working days of check-out.
Check-in time: from 2pm - after hours there is a convenience fee.
Check-out time: up to 12 noon - A representative (an employee of the house) will meet the client at the property, at the time previously scheduled, in order to examine the property and receive the keys. There is a convenience fee for check-out outside office hours.

PROPERTY RULES:
Pets are allowed, with prior notice.
The house is limited to 10 (ten) people, including children.
Guests will only be allowed with prior authorization.
The guest who makes the reservation assumes responsibility for the actions of other people inside the property during their stay, and is liable for damaged goods and damage to property occurring during their stay in the property, whether caused by themselves or their guests and companions, as well as fines that may occur due to violation of the law or internal regulations of the condominium.

Horário do Check-out: até 12h - Um funcionário da LUXOBRASIL.com.br ou um representante irá encontrar o cliente no imóvel, no horário agendado previamente, de forma a examinar o imóvel e receber as chaves.

PROIBIDO after party na propriedade.
PROIBIDO animais de estimação na propriedade.
A casa limita-se a 10 (dez) pessoas, incluindo crianças.
Convidados somente serão permitidos mediante autorização prévia.
O hóspede titular da reserva assume a responsabilidade pelas ações de outras pessoas dentro do imóvel durante sua estadia, sendo responsável pelos bens danificados e danos a propriedade ocorridos durante a estadia no imóvel, seja causado por ele mesmo ou seus convidados e acompanhantes, como multas que possam ocorrer devido à violação das regras do imóvel, lei onde rege o imóvel ou regulamento interno do condomínio.

In the first house, there are 05 incredible suites, the master has 120 m² with a dressing room, office, fireplace, two balconies and a hydromassage in the bathroom. Large living room with fireplace and several sofas and armchairs, two toilets, a complete bathroom, service area with complete dependency with bunk bed. Games room with pool, shuffleboard, darts and mini ping-pong. The outdoor area has a barbecue, swimming pool, sauna, shower, ice machine and 10 sun loungers.
There is a lake with over 100 fish, a barbecue area next to the lake and an orchard.
The second house has 02 bedrooms, a bathroom and a toilet. Large living room integrated with the dining room, full kitchen, barbecue, wood-burning oven and a deck overlooking the front of the site.

IMPORTANT OBSERVATIONS:
Electricity consumption will be charged for seasonal rentals.

Check-out time: 08:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. - A LUXOBRASIL.com.br employee or representative will meet the client at the property, at the time previously scheduled, in order to examine the property and receive the keys. For check-outs after 6pm, a convenience fee plus the value of one night's stay must be paid.
Payment by credit card, PagSeguro and Paypal will be passed on to the renter at least 35 days before the check-in date.
