This charming venue was built to cater for all kinds of social and corporate events. It has an excellent structure for daytime and evening parties. The place is the perfect setting for the bride and groom to celebrate their union in style.
Located in Guaratiba, this wonderful place has an excellent infrastructure to cater for your group or family for short or long-term stays. There are 11 suites and two lodges, comfortably accommodating up to 150 people. Amidst nature, the space is spacious and offers plenty of comfort, with a swimming pool, soccer field, tennis court, games room, auditorium, two fully-equipped kitchens and a gourmet area with barbecue.

Events, photographic productions and recordings - Prices on request
Prices for events vary depending on the number of people and the period. In these cases, the entire space is available for up to 16 hours, as well as wooden tables and chairs and furniture.

IMPORTANT OBSERVATIONS:
The property is rented with staff, not included in the booking price.
Accommodation is only for closed groups of 40 people or more. In this case, the daily rate is charged per person and towels and sheets must be brought.
Electricity consumption will be charged for seasonal rentals.
A security deposit is charged and returned within 2 working days of check-out.
Check-in time: 2pm until 6pm - after this time there is a convenience fee.
Check-out time: 8 a.m. to 12 p.m. - A LUXOBRASIL.com.br employee or representative will meet the client at the property, at the time previously scheduled, in order to examine the property and receive the keys. For check-outs before 8 a.m., a convenience fee must be paid and after 6 p.m., an excess of the daily rate and a convenience fee must be paid.
Payment by credit card, PagSeguro and Paypal, the fees will be passed on to the tenant, at least 35 days before the check-in date.
