A LUXOBRASIL representative will meet the guest at the property; the guest must inform their arrival time and provide a contact number in case of unforeseen circumstances.
Check-out: until 12:00 PM.
A LUXOBRASIL representative will meet the guest at the property at the previously scheduled time to inspect the property and collect the keys. After the scheduled check-out time, an additional daily rate may be charged and deducted from the security deposit.

*** RESERVATION AND PAYMENT ***
To confirm the reservation, it is required to sign the Seasonal Rental Agreement and pay a deposit of 50% of the rental amount. The remaining 50% must be paid as outlined in the contract, together with the balance and the security deposit. The security deposit will be refunded within 2 business days after check-out.
Accepted Payment Methods: Bank Transfer, Cash, PIX, PayPal, Wise, and Credit Card (minimum 2 business days prior to check-in). Processing fees are charged to the guest.

*** PROPERTY USAGE CONDITIONS ***
Visitors are only allowed with prior authorization.
The guest holding the reservation is responsible for the actions of all occupants and visitors in the property during the stay, being liable for damages to the property, furniture, or goods, as well as for any fines due to violations of law or condominium regulations.
The guest acknowledges that the use of amenities such as pools, decks, and similar areas may involve potential risks, especially for children, and that usage is at the guest’s and their companions’ own risk.
The property must be used only for residential purposes and kept in clean and sanitary condition at all times.
All forms of prostitution, possession of firearms, and drug use are strictly prohibited on the premises.
Guests and visitors must refrain from loud noises, disturbances, or any behavior that may inconvenience neighbors. The property must not be used for immoral, offensive, or illegal purposes, nor for violating any laws or regulations.
Guests agree that all personal belongings brought onto the property are their sole responsibility, and the owner is not liable for theft, damage, or loss.
Guests agree to indemnify and hold harmless the property owner, their agents, successors, employees, and contractors against any claims, costs, damages, or legal fees related to property damage, injury, or loss of life suffered by the guest, their family, or visitors during their stay.
These rules comply with Brazilian Law.
