Check-in time: from 2pm.

A LUXOBRASIL.com.br representative will meet the client at the property, and the client must inform them of the time of their arrival and their contact number for any unforeseen circumstances.

Departure time: no later than 12 noon.

A LUXOBRASIL.com.br representative will meet the client at the property, at the time previously scheduled, in order to examine the property and receive the keys. After check-out time, there will be a surcharge on the daily rate, which can be deducted from the security deposit.

*** RESERVATION AND PAYMENT ***

To make a reservation, you must sign a Temporary Rental Agreement and pay a deposit of 50% of the rental price. The remaining 50% of the rent must be paid as stated in the contract, together with the rest of the payment and the security deposit. The security deposit will be returned within 2 working days of the day you leave the property.

Payment methods: Transfer, Cash, PIX, PayPal, Wise and Credit Card. Fees are passed on to the client. Credit card - at least 35 days before arrival.

*** CONDITION OF USE OF THE PROPERTY***

Guests will only be allowed with prior authorization.

The Lessee of the reservation assumes responsibility for the actions of other persons within the property during the rental, and is responsible for damaged goods and damage to property occurring during the stay at the property, whether caused by him/herself or his/her guests and companions, as well as fines that may occur due to violation of the law or internal regulations of the condominium.

The Tenant acknowledges that the use of amenities, such as swimming pools, decks and the like, can be potentially dangerous and involve potential risks if used improperly, especially in relation to children, and use is at the risk of the reservation holder and their companions.

The reservation holder and their companions must use the property for residential purposes only and in a careful manner in order to avoid damage or loss to the property, keeping the property in a clean and sanitary condition at all times. All forms of prostitution, carrying firearms and drug use are prohibited inside the property.

The reservation holder, their companions and any other permitted guests must refrain from loud noises and must not annoy, disturb or cause nuisance or inconvenience to neighbors, nor must they use the property for immoral, offensive or illegal purposes, nor violate any laws, rules or ordinances, nor commit waste or nuisance on the property and must obligatorily respect the rules set forth herein.

The reservation holder and their companions agree that all personal property, furniture, personal effects and other items brought onto the property by the renters and their permitted guests shall be at the sole risk of the renter in respect of any theft, damage, destruction or loss.

The reservation holder and their companions agree to indemnify and hold harmless the owner and their agents, successors, employees and contractors, against any costs, damages, claims, legal and attorney's fees incurred by them, their visitors, representatives or successors of the renters due to claims related to the destruction of property or injury to persons or loss of life suffered by the renter or their family and visitors on or about the property, expressly agreeing to preserve the owner and intermediary in all such cases.

These rules follow Brazilian Law.
