*** CHECK-IN AND CHECK-OUT TIMES ***
Check-in: from 2:00 PM.
A LUXOBRASIL representative will meet the guest at the property. The guest must inform their arrival time and provide a contact number for any unforeseen events.
Check-out: until 12:00 PM.
A LUXOBRASIL representative will meet the guest at the property at the previously scheduled time to inspect the property and collect the keys. After the check-out time, an additional daily fee will be charged, which may be deducted from the security deposit.

*** RESERVATION AND PAYMENT ***
To confirm the reservation, it is required to sign the Seasonal Rental Agreement and pay a deposit of 50% of the rental amount. The remaining 50% must be paid as established in the contract, along with the final payment and the security deposit.
The security deposit will be refunded within 2 business days after check-out.
Accepted Payment Methods: Bank transfer, Cash, PIX, PayPal, Wise, and Credit Card (at least 2 business days before check-in). Transaction fees are charged to the guest.

*** PROPERTY USE CONDITIONS ***
Guests are only allowed with prior authorization.
The main guest assumes responsibility for the actions of all persons inside the property during the rental, being liable for damages or losses caused by themselves, their companions, or guests, as well as for any fines resulting from violation of laws or condominium rules.
The guest acknowledges that the use of amenities such as pools, decks, and similar facilities may be potentially dangerous if misused, especially concerning children, and assumes all risks associated with their use.
The property must be used only for residential purposes and with due care to avoid damage or loss, keeping it clean and sanitary at all times.
All forms of prostitution, possession of firearms, and drug use are strictly prohibited inside the property.
The guest and companions must avoid loud noises, disturbances, or inconvenience to neighbors. The property may not be used for immoral, offensive, or illegal purposes, nor for violating any law, rule, or ordinance. Guests must comply with all rules stated herein.
The guest and companions acknowledge that all personal belongings, furniture, and items brought to the property remain under their sole responsibility regarding theft, damage, destruction, or loss.
The guest agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the property owner and their agents, successors, employees, and contractors against any costs, damages, claims, or legal fees related to property destruction, personal injury, or loss of life suffered by the guest, their family, or visitors on the premises.
These rules are in accordance with Brazilian Law.
