A LUXOBRASIL representative will meet the guest at the property. The guest must provide their arrival time and a contact number in case of any unforeseen events.
Check-out: until 12:00 PM.
A LUXOBRASIL representative will meet the guest at the property at the pre-scheduled time to inspect the premises and collect the keys. After the check-out time, an additional daily rate will be charged, which may be deducted from the security deposit.
*** RESERVATION & PAYMENT ***
To confirm a reservation, it is necessary to sign the Seasonal Rental Agreement and pay a deposit of 50% of the rental value. The remaining 50% must be paid as per the contract, along with the balance and the security deposit. The security deposit will be refunded within 2 business days after check-out.
Accepted payment methods: Bank transfer, Cash, PIX, PayPal, Wise, and Credit Card (at least 2 business days prior to the rental start). Applicable fees will be charged to the guest.
*** PROPERTY USAGE CONDITIONS ***
Guests are only permitted with prior authorization.
The primary renter assumes full responsibility for the actions of all occupants during the stay, including damages to the property, furniture, and any fines resulting from violations of law or condominium rules.
The renter acknowledges that the use of amenities such as pools, decks, and similar areas may pose potential risks if misused, especially concerning children, and assumes full responsibility for their use.
The property must be used exclusively for residential purposes, kept clean, sanitary, and in good condition throughout the stay.
Any form of prostitution, possession of firearms, or use of illegal drugs is strictly prohibited.
The renter and all occupants must avoid loud noises, disturbances, or any behavior that may inconvenience neighbors. The property may not be used for immoral, offensive, or illegal purposes.
All personal belongings, valuables, and items brought into the property are the sole responsibility of the guests, with no liability for theft, damage, or loss attributable to the owner or LUXOBRASIL.
The renter agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the property owner, agents, employees, and contractors from any costs, damages, claims, or legal expenses arising from incidents of property damage, injury, or loss of life involving the renter, their family, or authorized guests on the property.
These rules are subject to Brazilian law.
