***CHECK-IN & CHECK-OUT TIMES***
Check-in: from 2:00 PM.
A LUXOBRASIL representative will meet the guest at the property. Please inform your expected arrival time and provide a valid contact number for any unforeseen issues.
Check-out: until 12:00 PM.
A LUXOBRASIL representative will meet the guest at the agreed time to inspect the property and collect the keys. After the check-out time, an additional fee may be charged and deducted from the security deposit.

***RESERVATION & PAYMENT TERMS***
To confirm the booking, a signed Vacation Rental Agreement is required along with a 50% payment of the total rental amount. The remaining 50%, along with the security deposit, must be paid as outlined in the contract.
The security deposit will be refunded within 2 business days after check-out.
Payment Methods: Bank Transfer, Cash, PIX, PayPal, Wise, and Credit Card (must be processed at least 2 business days prior to check-in). Payment platform fees are passed on to the guest.

***PROPERTY USE CONDITIONS***
Visitors are only allowed with prior authorization.
The booking holder is responsible for the actions of all guests during the stay, including any damages to the property or violations of the condominium rules and regulations.
The use of amenities (such as pools, decks, etc.) is at the guest’s own risk. Special attention is required with children.
Guests must use the property solely for residential purposes and maintain it clean and in good condition throughout the stay.
All forms of prostitution, possession of firearms, and use of illegal drugs are strictly prohibited inside the property.
Loud noises and disturbances are forbidden. Guests must not cause inconvenience to neighbors or engage in immoral, offensive, or illegal acts.
Guests agree that all personal belongings and valuables brought to the property are their sole responsibility.
Guests agree to indemnify and hold the owner, agents, staff, and contractors harmless from any damages, claims, or legal fees related to property damage, personal injury, or death occurring on or around the property.
These rules are governed by Brazilian law.
