Check-out: By 12:00 PM.
A LUXOBRASIL representative will meet the guest at the scheduled time to inspect the property and collect the keys. Late check-out may incur an additional daily rate, which can be deducted from the security deposit.
*** RESERVATION & PAYMENT ***
To confirm the reservation, the Seasonal Rental Agreement must be signed, along with a 50% deposit of the total rental amount.
The remaining 50% must be paid as per the agreement, along with the security deposit, before the start of the stay.
The security deposit will be refunded within 2 business days after the check-out date.
Accepted payment methods: Bank transfer, cash, PIX, PayPal, Wise, and credit card (at least 2 business days before the start of the rental). Transaction fees are the guest's responsibility.
*** PROPERTY USAGE CONDITIONS ***
Visitors are only allowed with prior authorization.
The guest who made the reservation is responsible for all persons in the property during the stay and will be held accountable for any damages, losses, or fines caused by themselves or their guests.
The guest acknowledges that the use of amenities (e.g., pools, decks) may involve inherent risks, especially for children, and assumes full responsibility.
The property must be used solely for residential purposes and maintained in a clean and sanitary condition throughout the stay.
Prostitution, firearms, and drug use are strictly prohibited on the premises.
The guest and their companions must avoid loud noises and must not disturb neighbors or use the property for immoral, offensive, or illegal activities.
Any violation of condominium rules or laws may result in immediate termination of the stay.
All personal belongings brought into the property are the sole responsibility of the guests; the owner is not liable for any loss, theft, or damage.
The guest agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the property owner, agents, and representatives from any liability, legal fees, claims, or damages arising from injuries, loss of life, or property damage during the stay.
These rules are subject to Brazilian Law.
