THE SPACE
Wonderful ranch surrounded by greenery on all sides, with stream, horses, 03 Dalmatians, plus macaws and parrots. With an area of 80mil m², the guest is free to walk or simply observe the green surroundings. The stable has a wood burning cooker, pizza oven, barbecue, swimming pool 13 meters long made with Balinese stones and infinity edge, where guests can exercise or relax, and lots of space. The farm also organizes tours of the surroundings, because the region has a vineyard, alembic, cheese factory, jams and jellies.
THE HOUSE
The house is large and airy, large TV room and living room, both with fireplace, fully equipped kitchen and integrated gourmet area with barbecue and wood oven, glass curtain that integrates with nature, the only thing you will hear is the sound of the stream, and 05 comfortable suites with queen-size beds, heating and air conditioning for hot days.
THE CITY
Secretary is a vacation spot, but also residence of several celebrities and people who look for peace, tranquility and quiet. The farm is about 5km from the centre of town, where there is a beautiful bistro and a market like the Zona Sul. And if you prefer some excitement, the farm is 15 minutes from the centre of Itaipava.

Christmas 2022 minimum 05 days - Package R $ 12,000.00 + consumption of energy + employees
Carnival 2023 minimum 05 days - Package R $ 15,000.00 + power consumption + staff
IMPORTANT NOTES:
The property is rented with 02 employees (maid and cook), worth R $ 350.00 a day, not included in the value of the reservation.
Will be charged the consumption of electricity and water in the leases for season.
A security deposit (deposit) is charged and returned within 02 working days after check-out.
Check-in Hours: 2 pm until 6 pm - after hours there is a convenience fee.
Check-out Time: 8am until 12pm - A LUXOBRASIL.com.br employee or representative will meet the client at the property, at the previously scheduled time, in order to examine the property and receive the keys. For check-outs after 6:00 pm, a convenience fee plus the value of 01 daily rate must be paid.
Payment by credit card, PagSeguro and Paypal, fees will be passed on to the lessee, with a minimum of 35 days prior to the check-in date.
RULES OF THE PROPERTY:
FORBIDDEN parties / celebrations / events and pets on the property.
The house is limited to 10 (ten) people, including children.
Guests will only be allowed by prior authorization.
The guest holding the reservation assumes responsibility for the actions of other people inside the property during their stay, being responsible for damaged goods and property damage occurring during the stay at the property, whether caused by themselves or their guests and companions, such as fines that may occur due to violation of law or internal regulations of the condominium.

Para efetuar a reserva, é necessário assinatura de um Contrato de Aluguel por Temporada e pagamento de um sinal de 50% (cinquenta por cento) do valor total da locação. O pagamento deve ser realizado através de depósito bancário, cujos dados bancários serão informados em contrato.
Os demais 50% (cinquenta por cento) devem ser pagos em até 48 (Quarenta e oito) horas antes do Check-in, juntamente com a taxa de limpeza e o depósito de segurança (caução) que varia de acordo com cada imóvel. O depósito de segurança (caução) é devolvido em até 48 horas após o Check-out e vistoria do imóvel.

SOMENTE ESTÃO AUTORIZADAS A ENTRAR NO IMÓVEL AS PESSOAS CUJO PROPRIETÁRIO DEIXOU AUTORIZAÇÃO JUNTO AO CONDOMÍNIO. É NECESSÁRIO O ENVIO DE DOCUMENTO COM FOTO DE TODOS OS HÓSPEDES.
Quando estiver saindo do imóvel, lembre-se de fechar e trancar todas as portas, bem como, conferir se todos os portões tanto da garagem como da área externa estão realmente fechados.
Seja consciente desligando todos aparelhos eletrodomésticos quando sair do imóvel.
Cuidado com alimentos na pia, evitando o bloqueio de encanamento e problemas de disposição.
Os lixos devem ser ecologicamente separados e colocados no local próprio para isso.
Lembre-se de retirar todo o lixo do imóvel para o Check-out.
Deve haver respeito a privacidade e o prazer silencioso mantendo música, televisões a um nível moderado em todos os momentos, sendo proibido som amplificado audível além dos limites da propriedade. Proibido som alto ou barulho das 22:00 horas até as 7:00 horas, passível de multa e rescisão contratual imediata, caso o som ou o barulho não sejam reduzidos conforme o caso.
O condomínio oferece portaria todos os dias como também câmeras do sistema de segurança nas áreas comuns, então por favor respeite as regras.
