Check-in time: from 2:00 p.m.
A LUXOBRASIL representative will meet the client at the property. The client must provide their arrival time and contact number in case of any unforeseen circumstances.
Check-out time: by 12:00 noon.
A LUXOBRASIL representative will meet the client at the property at the previously scheduled time to inspect the property and collect the keys. After the check-out time, an additional charge on top of the daily rate applies and may be deducted from the security deposit.
*** RESERVATION AND PAYMENT ***
To make a reservation, the Vacation Rental Agreement must be signed and a deposit of 50% of the rental amount must be paid. The remaining 50% of the rental amount must be paid as stipulated in the agreement, together with the remainder of the payment and the security deposit. The security deposit is returned within 3 business days after the day of departure from the property.
Payment methods: Bank transfer, Cash, PIX, PayPal, Wise and Credit Card (at least 2 business days before the rental begins). Fees are passed on to the client.
*** PROPERTY USE CONDITIONS ***
Visitors are only allowed with prior authorization.
The guest named on the reservation assumes responsibility for the actions of other people inside the property during the rental and is responsible for damaged belongings and damage to the property occurring during the stay, whether caused by the guest or their visitors and accompanying guests, as well as any fines arising from violations of the law or the condominium's internal rules.
The guest acknowledges that the use of amenities such as swimming pools, decks and similar facilities can be potentially dangerous and involve risks if used improperly, particularly with regard to children. Their use is at the sole risk of the reservation holder and their accompanying guests.
The reservation holder and their accompanying guests must use the property solely for residential purposes and with care, to prevent damage or loss to the property, keeping it clean and sanitary at all times.
All forms of prostitution, carrying firearms and drug use are prohibited inside the property.
The reservation holder, their accompanying guests and any other authorized visitors must refrain from making loud noises and must not annoy, disturb or cause problems or inconvenience to neighbors. They must not use the property for immoral, offensive or illegal purposes, violate any laws, rules or ordinances, or commit waste or create a nuisance on the property, and they must comply with the rules set out here.
The reservation holder and their accompanying guests agree that all personal property, furniture, personal belongings and other items brought onto the property by the guests and their authorized visitors are at the guest's sole risk in relation to any theft, damage, destruction or loss.
The reservation holder and their accompanying guests agree to indemnify and hold harmless the owner and the owner's agents, successors, employees and contractors against any costs, damages, claims, legal fees and attorneys' fees incurred by them, or by the guests' visitors, representatives or successors, due to claims relating to the destruction of property, personal injury or loss of life suffered by the guest or the guest's family and visitors at or on the property, expressly agreeing to protect the owner and the intermediary in all such cases.
These rules follow Brazilian law.
