Check-in time: from 2pm.
Customers must inform us of their arrival time and their contact number for any unforeseen circumstances.
For check-ins after office hours there is a convenience fee of R$ 100.00 plus Uber.
Check-out time: until 12 noon.
A LUXOBRASIL.com.br employee or their representative will meet the client at the property, at the time previously scheduled for check-out, in order to examine the property and receive the keys.
For check-out outside office hours there is a convenience fee of R$ 100.00 plus Uber.

*** RESERVATION AND PAYMENT ***
To make a reservation, you must sign the Temporary Rental Agreement and pay a deposit of 50% of the total rental price. Payment must be made using the bank details provided in the contract.
The remaining 50% must be paid up to 48 hours before check-in, together with the cleaning fee and the security deposit, which varies according to each property.
The security deposit is returned within 2 working days of check-out. WE DO NOT ACCEPT SECURITY DEPOSITS.
Payments by Paypal or exchange will be passed on to the renter.

*** CONDITION OF USE OF THE PROPERTY***
Guests will only be allowed with prior authorization.
The guest holding the reservation assumes responsibility for the actions of other persons within the property during their stay, and is responsible for damaged property and damage to property occurring during their stay at the property, whether caused by themselves or their guests and companions, such as fines that may occur due to violation of the rules of the property, the law governing the property or the internal regulations of the condominium.
The guest acknowledges that the use of amenities, such as swimming pools, decks and the like, can be potentially dangerous and involve potential risks if used improperly, especially in relation to children, and that use is at the risk of the reservation holder and their companions.
The reservation holder and their companions must use the property for residential purposes only and in a careful manner in order to avoid damage or loss to the property, keeping the property in a clean and sanitary condition at all times.
All forms of prostitution and drug use are prohibited inside the property.
The reservation holder, their companions and any other permitted guests must refrain from loud noises and must not annoy, disturb or cause nuisance or inconvenience to neighbors, nor use the property for immoral, offensive or illegal purposes, nor violate any laws, rules or ordinances, nor commit waste or nuisance on the property and must comply with the rules set forth herein.
The reservation holder and their companions agree that all personal property, furniture, personal effects and other items brought onto the property by guests and their permitted guests shall be at the sole risk of the guest in respect of any theft, damage, destruction or loss.
The reservation holder and their accompanying guests agree to indemnify and hold harmless the owner and its agents, successors, employees and contractors, against any costs, damages, claims, legal and attorney's fees incurred by them, their visitors, representatives or successors of the guests due to claims related to the destruction of property or injury to persons or loss of life suffered by the guest or guest's family and visitors on or about the property, expressly agreeing to preserve the owner and intermediary in all such cases.
These rules follow Brazilian Law.
